Moving through life and career is like a voyage. You are never sure what’s beneath the surface or what’s beyond the horizon. This course focuses on the participants’ self-exploration and reflection as individuals and in their careers. We will discuss what stops us from becoming what we might have been, including the fear of failure, what it means to be a leader, our change readiness, personal and shared visions, personal and work relationships, how well we maintain balance in our lives and how to clarify the principles that govern our lives.
